PROCESSING
Order Tracking:
While we strive to offer the most reliable service, THAT GUY VAPES does not guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to your mobile phone or your email address.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of THAT GUY VAPES, and any issues arising from packages not received, must be resolved by the customer with the carrier in use since you have the tracking number.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
THAT GUY VAPES strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, THAT GUY VAPES is no longer responsible.
Order Discrepancies:
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 24 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the products you buying. These regulations are imposed by the Australian governments.
